Brass Plaques Are Lasting Reminders Of Career Accomplishments

Every once in a while, an employee comes along that surpasses my expectations. I like to find new ways to show my appreciation, and sometimes I feel that it takes more than thanking someone verbally to show them how much they are appreciated. When one of my employees covered for his coworkers during their extended absences, I needed to find a way to thank him. I found a site that could make engraved brass plaques, and I found one that was perfect for him. I gave it to him at our next staff meeting, and although he was a little embarrassed, I knew he was touched.
