Flipping Houses in Detroit

I have been talking to a lot of people lately and it seems that everybody is flipping houses.  With the economy so far down, many people are losing their homes to bankruptcy.  Those houses are then sold at auction.  It seems that there is a lot of money to be made.  It’s not just the tradesmen that are doing it either.  Their are single moms and grandparents flipping houses in order to make some extra cash.  There was an auction last week and over 2,400 homes were up for sale.  That could be a gold mine for someone doing this type of work.  Food for thought: flipping houses.
