Getting the Information

I found the telephone number I needed to make the phone call. I did not have to wait long for a representative to answer the call. I explained the person on the other end that I was looking for information on second hand mobility scooters. I was happy to hear that the company did offer them. I wrote down all of the information. I told the representative that I needed to consult with my father but I would be calling back. She gave me her direct number so I would not have to wait on hold when I called back the next time.
