Hosting a hog roast is the an good alternative to having a conventional style catering service. Hog roasts have been around for hundreds if not thousands of years and have forever been a striking and eye catching way to cook. I can’t think of much else I would rather do than see an entire hog roasting on a spit, dripping with flavour and covered in glorious golden brown crackling. Next time you decide you are going to have a party then keep in mind having a hog roast at it.
