While on vacation last year, I could not get any relaxation. I was troubled by our lack of sales, and the way our customer service department was losing focus. I had built this company with my own hands, and I did not know if it would be able to continue. Then I saw an article in the hotel lobby about MS CRM Consulting Renton WA. I decided to read the article and was captivated by what I read. I could not wait for the vacation to end. As soon as I got back to the office I gave them a call. They were able to show us how we could change things to increase sales. Now we are having a record good year.
