Qualified, serious investors in Australian rainbow beach real estate are investing in homes to ‘flip’, which can be a guarenteed procedure by which to make some money Investors will buy a property or home which is under market value, and then find another buyer for the residence, to buy it from them, at a profit before they settle. However, legal papers for both sales will have to be signed on the same day. This type of of investing is basically guaranteed to make you money, however, it can be a high risk investment. If the initial investor fails to find another purchaser, then he or she must proceed through with the sale even though another purchaser isn’t found.
