When offering printing services, a printing firm must be capable and ready to provide its clients what it has promised to provide.  If it says that it can provide quality printing services and quality printed materials, it must be capable to do so.  And to be able to do it, a printing firm must have the technology and the personnel that realize this.

If it says that it can provide quality printing services at affordable rates, it must be technologically capable to do so.  With the usage of new printing technologies, the production of various printed materials can now be more affordable.
