Social Networks and Web Traffic

Here is a quick guide to getting traffic to your site via the use of social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, and others.  Create profiles at the various social networking sites.  I like Twitter the best so I will talk in most detail about getting website traffic from Twitter. Sign up, create a nice profile with a nice layout.  Then start adding friends manually.  Do abotu 500 a day.  Once you get up to 2000 friends, you need to start removing the ones that are not following you.  When you follow people, they follow you back abotu 20-30% of the time.  Once you start getting followers simply use an RSS feed along with Twitterfeed o feed all your forum or blog posts into twitter.
