Starting your own retail store using a wholesaler

For the longest time my brother has always managed to find a way to make a profit.  When we were little he would buy baseball cards for a quarter and then turn around and sell them for two or three bucks.  He has always had a nack for sales, and so recently I decided to encourage him to open up his own retail store.  Unfortunately he did not have the capitol to invest loads and loads of money, so he started with a wholesale pallets Tennessee.  He was pleasantly surprised to come across all sorts of handbags and toys and clothing and furniture that he could buy cheap, and sell for a profit.
