Model Railways took Me to Far Away Places

I have been interested in trains since I was a small child. Where do these mysterious transporters go? What crosses their paths on the journey? Who travels in the passenger cars? My imagination was fueled by having my own model railways to play with in my attic playroom. It was a Christmas present. Later I found out that my mom did not think that it was an appropriate gift for a little girl. But my dad knew me and knewthat  my imagination would soar with such an opportunity. He was right. I was only limited by my lack of geography, something I have acquired over the years in many train excursions.

I Have Fallen In Love With Magic Cards!

On my first day of playing this game, I never could have predicted that five years down the road I was be completely addicted and buying new cards every week.  My favorite weekend activity is going to my friend’s house where we hold our weekly group games.  We trade cards and have a great time.  I always have to at least check out new cards.  I love Magic Cards so much because they are just so full of possibilities.  Sometimes you might think that a certain card is not any good, but then you consider a combo with it and suddenly you see all the possibilities in the world.
