Doing your due diligence - what does it mean exactly? Due diligence means doing all the reasonable research possible to avoid damage to yourself or your property. When we talk about doing your due diligence in tax lien investing, we mean researching as much as possible about a property before purchasing it. Was the house used as a methamphetamine lab? Are there any mechanics liens against the property? Is the property under water for part of the year? Marcella J. Labelle

September 6th, 2010 by admin

I am Marcella J. Labelle. I am engineering manager in Hickory Hill Estates. My mother’s maiden name was Webb. I used to reside in Needham, Massachusetts. On a rainy, hot, humid May afternoon, I was stuck in traffic heading home from work. A police officer was directing traffic. This wise woman had pecan-shaped gray eyes that were like two small pieces of steel. Her luxurious, bone-white hair is worn in a style that was almost like a ponytail, but at the sametime wasn’t. She was short and had an athletic build. Her skin was light. She had a low forehead and hollow cheeks.

Car locksmith

September 5th, 2010 by admin

Many people think of a car locksmith when they lock their keys in the car and cannot get in it. A car locksmith like locksmiths bristol can provide many additional services if you have locked the keys inside of the car. These services include rekeying the doors, ignition, emergency vehicle and trunk opening, key extraction, and much more. Some people drive high security vehicles today that have transponder chips in them. You can start your car by the press of a button. Losing a transponder like this could seem devastating and if you call the manufacturer of your vehicle, they will charge you an arm and a leg.

My Sister Land Investment

September 5th, 2010 by admin

My sister was worried about her financial portfolio. She did not feel her investments were going to help her much in the future. With all the bad economic news lately, I understood her concerns. It is normal to feel the ways she does. However, I suggested she add land investment to her financial portfolio, and she was not interested. She felt that land investing was long-term, and it will take to long to see a return. She also felt she was too old to invest long-term. I had to tell her, I added a couple properties to my investment portfolio last week, and I am not concerned about the time.

Bobby L. Hinkle

September 2nd, 2010 by admin

I am Bobby L. Hinkle. Most people know me as the local fish trimmer in Totowa NJ: almost one of a kind, too. I read a description of myself in the newspaper once, and it read like this: Bobby Hinkle is a  happy gentleman that has narrow brown eyes. His fine, wavy, short hair is the color of fine china, and is worn in a complex style. He is deep voiced, and has big arms. Tanned skin is one of his most noticeable features. He has nearly-nonexistent eyebrows. His wardrobe is plain, that of your usual fisherman or sailor, in a sense.

Going to College

August 31st, 2010 by admin

I did not want to live on campus in a dorm when I went off to college. I decided that having my own place would be better. I knew my budget would only allow me to get something small. When I first arrived in Arizona I overheard a couple talking about apts tucson. They told me that I should look there first before looking in a paper or calling any for rent ads. I did as they suggested and found several places that was within my budget and would be close to my job and not far from my campus.
