Lady Uses Powerful Binoculars To See Faces Of Opera Singers

December 3rd, 2009 by admin

I wanted to be able to see the main singer in the opera house, but I could only afford a ticket for a seat that seemed as though it was miles away from the stage. I was sharing the subject of my plight with a friend, and she loaned to me a pair of very powerful binoculars, so that I could watch the opera in comfort, and yet see every detail of the presentation. The faces of the singers appeared as though they were right in front of me. I was amazed at how well these binoculars worked, and soon after bought my own pair.

Use a Dropper Fly When You Are Fly Fishing For Trout

December 1st, 2009 by admin

To rig up a dropper fly, pick the fly you want to on the surface or closest to the fly line and tie it on first. Leave a large amount of tippet left over; however much you want the dropper fly to descend from the upper fly. Tie your Improved Clinch Knot and with the left over tag end, tie on the dropper.

This will allow you to be able to search for which pattern is more effective in a quicker manner. If the fish start hitting on one fly more than the other, you know which fly you should be using. Fly Fishing Tips and Tricks like this are good to know before you head out on to the water for the first time.

Get Flat Stomachs and Healthier Lives

November 30th, 2009 by admin

I wanted to lose beer now, I mean my beer gut!  So one night, instead of sitting in front of the television, I started surfing the web and found this really great web site at www.newfitnessscience.com and the things that I learned totally blew me away.  I thought it would take me years to get my body back in shape, but instead I found out that many men have burned huge amounts of belly fat without spending a lot of workout time using the dreaded cardio exercises.  Men who are using this web site’s program are getting flat stomachs and healthier lives.

Hiking in the mountains is fun!

November 26th, 2009 by admin

I still remember the first time I went hiking in mountains. I wasn’t sure I’d make it up all those crazy hills. I was really out of shape, but I was also determined to take some great pictures using my camera on the mountain top. I was so glad I did. I took some amazing shots of the setting sun, I found Jupiter using my portable telescope which I lugged up the mountain and in general, I had the most amazing time of my life. You can too. Just be prepared by visiting this site before you go out to the mountains.

No Shame In Second To Last Place

November 25th, 2009 by admin

I have not competed in a lot of sports in my life because I have never really been good enough to win at any of them. I realized one day that I had to stop measuring my success by wins and losses but by what I learned during the event. I came in second to last place during my first sprint triathlon but I think I gained more than the guy that won. You see, he did it for a profession and was already good at what he did. I had to get up off the couch and make myself a triathlete and that is an accomplishment.

How Can I Jump Higher?

October 30th, 2009 by admin

One of the most frequently asked questions of the basketball and volleyball players that I train is:  “How can I jump higher?”  Obviously, to Jumping Higher is one of the most effective ways to improve your ability to play basketball and to change directions quickly. Both require the same types of exercises.  So, it should be no surprise that the athletes that change direction quickly are also the ones that can jump higher. In order to jump higher, you need to be able to increase the amount of power that can be exerted on the ground to offset your weight.  The more power you can generate, the higher you will go.  So again we are back to the question:  How can I jump higher?
