I am hoping to find AVG free to put on my new laptop. It came with all kinds of stuff that is supposed to keep viruses and spy-ware off of it, but I do not trust them like I trust the AVG. I have had it on my other computer for a year. It has always been there, in the background, keeping my computer safe. By some freak chance that something manages to sneak by its defences, it is easy to remove. Just a click and you are scanning. Then you wait a few minutes, another click and the viruses are gone!
