Finest Luxury Hotels located in Brighton
July 27th, 2010 by admin
Nestled on the south coast of England, Brighton is a delightful town where seaside views meet chic and eclectic styles. Quaint boutiques for shopping, an old-fashioned pier and luxury hotels in Brighton with a trendy edge are what make this small place such a popular destination with both hip city dwellers and families alike. Experience true style and uniqueness when you stay at one of these four fantastic luxury hotels in Brighton, from unbeatable wine lists to the best party venues in town.1. Hotel du Vin BrightonTucked down a side street, the unusual boutique hotel is a mix of boutique hotel sydney gothic style on the outside and warm, seaside charm once you step through the doors. Décor has a lovely chalet-style feel, with free-standing baths and whitewashed wood-work. The bar is just as welcoming, with huge leather sofas and books lining the walls, along with a billiards table on the mezzanine level. Fine wine is a specialty - there’s a remarkable 600 bottles from you to choose from! The restaurant food is as impressive as the wine, although it’s become so popular with the town that booking is essential.2. Blanch HouseKitsch but funky, Blanch House is owned and run by the ex-Groucho Club bar team and so appropriately has one of the best bars in the town where parties go on all night and a boho-chic theme to the decor. It’s also, however, pretentious and laid-back and full of traditional terraced house by the sea charms. In the excellent restaurant, service comes with more friendship than just a smile. There are only 12 rooms, so the intimacy of the service pervades the rooms, too, and each one has a pleasingly unique style.3. Drakes of BrightonWith the polish of an urban boutique hotel and the informality typical of a small town hideaway, Drakes is the perfect bolt hole for Londoners. Situated right in Kemp Town on Marine Parade Road, the location and sea views are both unparalleled. Housed in two Georgian townhouses, the architecture is also typically Brighton. Inside, though, the interior is contemporary and has Asian influences. The generous rooms are smart and sophisticated with red and white colours and plus facilities that include flat screen TVs, free-standing baths and Egyptian cotton sheets.4. Hotel PeliroccoThe home of seduction, this luxury hotel is a favourite with visiting rock bands and is perfect for a romantic weekend away - without, surprisingly, the soppy edge. Instead of pink frills, the kitsch and colourful Hotel Pelirocco has a delightful range of influences from cheeky cocktails (see the Absolut Love room) to 50s pinups. The clashing styles and colour schemes add a saucy edge but late night cocktails until 4am, games consoles in every room and a seductive room service menu offer more than a touch of distractions.

The stories that Carol told me about
July 17th, 2010 by admin
I drove over to the Trader Joe’s market that is near my friend Andrea’s house. I went down there to find buy the special coffee that I have only been able to buy there. Sometimes they don’t even have the coffee there. Thankfully they did have the coffee that day and I bought five pounds worth of it. While walking around the store buying other things I bumped into my friend Carol who I didn’t think was back from Florida. While we caught up she told me some personal travel stories. It seems that she had a very nice vacation in Florida.

However, some friends of ours, who attended their own camping’s prior to us, took turns helping us find our equipments right plus all set. And shortly we were on our route. The Land of Technology And Romance
July 9th, 2010 by admin
I’m a software developer who has logged some serious time overseas, due to the nature of my work. When my company announced they were sending me and a coworker I couldn’t get along with to launch the opening of a satellite office in Russia, I was stunned and upset because he and I didn’t get along. But a funny thing happened once we got there. Between learning how to navigate city streets and exploring Russia hotels and museums, he and I discovered we had more in common than we realized. Fast forward six months later, and we’re now engaged and planning a wedding for this fall.

Good Interior works in Easyjet flights
July 2nd, 2010 by admin
I have checked-in online prior to my flight over the internet. We left Easyjetin the morning, and there was coffee available in the boarding area and Wall St. Journals available upon boarding. The seats were leather and the plane we flew featured plenty of legroom. In-flight there was a beverage service and a chocolate biscotti. As it was an afternoon flight, we received complimentary microbrews and Pacific Northwest wines in flight. This is a business travelers’ airline, so the fares are sometimes a bit high. However, service is a cut above the rest. I would definitely fly this airline again. The return flight was just as good.

An interesting mix of adventure and luxury
June 16th, 2010 by admin
Not long now until I am off to taupo nz for a week full of crazy adventures along with some luxurious pampering. It’s a bit of strange combination but that is how I wanted to do my vacation. During the days I have heaps of things booked like sky diving, bungy jumping, jet boating, a cliff swing, quad biking and loads others, while in the afternoon and evenings I will be enjoying a massage and then sitting by the pool bar enjoying cocktails before dinner at the resort restaurant. It is going to be an amazing trip and I can hardly wait to get there and experience it all.
