June 22nd, 2010 by admin

You can actually make subtle changes to your existing diet and follow a cholesterol diet which can help you lower your cholesterol levels. It is not really as daunting as it seems to eat foods that can lower your cholesterol levels. A cholesterol diet should include fruits, vegetables, whole grain food and skimmed dairy products. Saturated fats and full fat dairy products for instance are a strict no for a low cholesterol diet. A low cholesterol diet can minimize your risk of contracting a heart disease. When shopping for food, bear to look at the labels in order to find foods which are low on fat.
