I Successfully Completed Alcohol Detox At Home Rehab

When I decided that it was time to sober up, I knew that I didn’t want to have to check in to some impersonal treatment center. I would much rather do it at home under the watchful eye of my family, and so I found out what I needed to do for alcohol detox at home rehab. My sister is a nurse, and she volunteered to stay with me. It was a rough couple of days, but I made it thanks to the support my my family and friends. Now I have been sober for several months, and I am taking things one day at a time. I feel so much better!
