lazer focus

the enviroment that i workout in can be distracting at times but this can be a good thing if you look at it the right way. you will develop better focus in this kind of enviroment. I know that when i am in the middle of a very demanding set the only thing that i am doing is tryin it move that weight and that is it. really being able to feel a muscle contraction is important when you are trying to build the muscle. i love weight training and te way that it makes me feel everyday.  i need to lose weight in the belly though.
