Some companies have clandestinely marketed and advertised their acai berry products and supplements with the name Dr Oz acai berry which is totally fabricated. They do not directly claim that that their acai berry product is supported by Dr. Oz, but still use his image to promote the benefits of acai berry. Irrespective of the length these companies go to make an attempt to get benefits of your business, any company that claims to have a link between Dr. Oz and acai berry products are lying. These false claims made by companies using brand image of Dr Oz have been refuted recently.
