Good Calories

As you may have already heard by now nutrition makes up about 70% of your muscle building success.  Try to build a house of bricks with out using bricks.  You cant do it.  Your muscles can not be built without building blocks.  These building blocks are protein.  You must also have calorie balance in order to gain the weight.  Be sure to get the right amount of daily calories.  You dont want to gain too much body fat, so dont just go eating any thing that crosses your path.  But it is a good idea to eat alot of the foods that are good for you.
