Rachel ray has been revealing her diet secrets every year and this year too she has come up with Rachel Ray diet 2009. The diet plan is mainly based on the main issue of weight loss and is also suggested with the exercise for at least half an hour a day. The diet plan has all kinds of food from vegetarian to non vegetarian but the one need to follow the plan strictly to be successful in loosing the weight. The diet plan is recommended as one need not to give up the food he / she likes but to control on the diet.
