Snoring is more than likely caused by plentiful actions.  If you’re too heavy then this may cause you to start snoring.  The weight will put weight in the area of your neck which bars your windpipe which brings on snoring.  If you smoke cigarettes then you will probably have snoring troubles.  Being a sleep staring up at the roof brings on  to snoring.  When you are at bedtime not on your sides staring at the ceiling your tounge can off and on collapse backwards and gradually obstruct your thorax.  This business introduces  to snoring.   Getting older can furthermore introduce snoring because as you grow older  your trachea becomes increasingly attenuated. Pills you swallow to fall asleep can induce snoring because they unbend your windpipe muscles which can prompt a constricting of your gullet.
