Stubborn belly fat

Belly fat is probably the most common place for most fat loss ventures.  Man or woman, small or large, the belly is where the fat starts.  Most folks blame it on diet, but it really is both lack of exercise and too many empty calories.  To get rid of stubborn belly fat you must have a set goal in mind that is attainable, not some lofty dream for just some day.  Be specific abouit what you look like and how you want to accomplish this weight loss goal.  Make a dream board, and then really align yourself with that board on the wall with the pictures of you without belly fat.
