By adding more muscles it will help to burn more calories on a 24 hours basis and it is one of the best way to lose weight.This can be done through more strength training and eating high-calories foods.Here are some ways to increase your muscle mass:(1) combine strength training with a diet that includes foods from various food groups such as nutrient-rich protein, reduced-fat or low-fat  such as fish, nuts beans;(2) do more cardio exercises such as walking, jogging etc.(3) eat 5 to 6 meals a day to satisfy your hunger which will lead to our body thinking that there is no need to store calories and lead to increase of the body metabolic rate.
