Use Exercise for Cellulite

Is there a way to use Exercise for Cellulite reduction.  Many people swear by exercise as way to be fit, healthy and active.  It can also help you get a toned body, smooth firm skin and reduced cellulite.  A toned muscle appears much more smooth than an untoned muscle.  Since the fat cells rest on top of the muscle cells, a toned muscle will help reduce the appearance of cellulite.  Good exercises to do to get rid of cellulite include things such as squats and lunges, running and cycling, swimming and dancing.  Weight training can also be used to get rid of cellulite.
