Using the Acai Berry for Weight Loss

Many people have started using the acai berry in the form of a supplement to help aid in weight loss.  Acai berry helps with weight loss a few different ways.  First off, the acai berry is 40% fiber.  Fiber helps you to feel full longer which in return helps to suppress your appetite and prevents you from overeating.  Fiber also helps you to digest your foods better, eliminating the useless deposits left over by food.  The acai berry also helps in increase your metabolism.  The omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids found in the acai berry help increases the rate in which your body burns fat.  The amino acids helps to build muscle as well, and muscle burns fat.
