Will smith workout for I am legend was admired by all the people, and why not? The actor had reduced 20 kgs in such a short span that even he could not believe on his new look. Before the release of the hit action movie, the actor started doing heavy cardio workout which included running for 6 miles every single day, swimming, jogging etc. He also stopped all the heavy weight training exercises and started doing light weight exercises to some in shape quickly. He munched a lot of green veggies, protein bars and health supplements that helped him achieve his goal.
