Women are Different Than Men

As a personal trainer, I have met a lot of women who want a flatter tummy. What many women do not realize is that there are different ab exercises for women than there are for men. We are not built like men, and our muscles are very different than those of a man. Therefore, women need to do a different workout than a man in order to get effective results. There are many exercises that women can do to tighten their abdominal muscles in just a short amount of time each day. I have been teaching these workouts to women for years.
