Aggressive Dog Behavior will know the treat

January 29th, 2010 by admin

Despite what we may think, dogs don’t really speak or understand English. In fact, they don’t really speak or understand any particular language. They understand the tones and the rewards that come with the commands that they’ve become accustomed to. You can speak a common language with your dog, however, with the use of a clicker. You snap a piece of metal inside a small plastic box and then give your dog a treat. Later you snap the clicker only when your canine friend has successfully obeyed a command. Aggressive Dog Behavior will know the treat is coming and will be eager to obey more commnds in the future. A lot of trust will be established as you teach new routines and develop new levels of understanding.
