Giving My Daughter as Much Help as Possible

I was devastated when my daughter came home one night and told me that she was going to be having a baby and that her boyfriend was not wanting any part in all of it. As I held her in my arms as she wept openly, I smoothed her hair and told her that everything was going  to change but that it was going to be alright. I knew that we could get the governments financial help and when that was approved, I knew that we were going to make it. I stayed home while she finished school and then we worked things out more after graduation.
