I like to tinker around the house but my skill level is not that high in terms of what I can actually get accomplished.  If there is a serious repair needed or I want a larger project completed, I have to rely on the talents of others.  For this, I use Service Magic to help me in the home improvement arena.  I can select from a cache of professionals in many different fields that are within my living proximity and have met certain criteria to be recommended in this manner.  This really saves me from having any extra stress and has been a tremendous help already with many different tasks.
