My mother always told me that a woman can have it all, but she has to be smart. She always said that a big part of happiness is making sure you can do the things you love. Mom never sacrificed a social life or her interests and was still a great parent, so I took my cue from her. When my husband and I started our family we each had jobs we loved and I wanted to work after the baby came. I went online to sittercity.com, and lined up a nanny.
