There are many instances in life that can occur requiring the services of a personal injury attorney. It is very important for property owners to carry liability insurance in case someone is harmed on their premises. Let’s say one day you go visit a friend who is a dog owner, and the dog happens to bite your child requiring a trip to the hospital emergency room and surgery to repair the damage. Emergency room and surgery bills can easily climb over $5000. Often times, your health insurance will not cover this type of incident, because the liability belongs to the dog owner. In this situation, you will be required to sue the insurance company of the dog owner to cover the costs.
