Meets My Needs

I have been trying to lease phoenix office space for the last month. Yesterday, I finally found the perfect place for my start up. Before signing the lease, I wanted to look over the office space one last time. It has a small kitchen, reception area, and plenty of space for my filing cabinet. What I really liked about the office space is how close it is to my house. My wife said that I got lucky with the office space I found. The monthly rent is affordable, and my wife and I will be signing a year long lease.
