Offering Something More

I have asked several different employees to help me with this special project, and I am just not getting any takers. Everyone says that they just can not put in the overtime right now. I would really like to get this directory search taken care of soon. I do not know how I am going to get it done, if I can not get any extra help. I guess I am going to have to offer more than just overtime. I really thought that people would just be happy to make the extra money. I guess that is just not the case.
