Sales Management Tip

Have you ever heard that quote; “a society gets more of what it rewards.” Generally that quote is used in condemning a government program which rewards those who don’t perform, and therefore we get less performance. Lately we’ve heard that in our schools, as we are so careful to prop-up the self-esteem of the students, that we give a certificate to everyone for merely showing up, regardless of their performance. sales training online

Therefore, we get lots of kids showing up, and no one trying. Why should they we expect any different if we are rewarding them not to try, therefore we get more people who feel lackadaisical about the whole thing. This is common sense, and it should be expected amongst humans. If we reward the innovators, entrepreneurs, and the most productive of our society, we will have GDP growth. If we reward people who don’t work, cheat the system, or finagle their way into a free government handout, then we will get more cheaters, finaglers, and folks demanding free stuff from the government.
