Electrically connecting the wires

December 17th, 2009 by admin

This line option is only available for single line phones. Bridged appearances are limited to three locations, including the main appearance. Because they need to be wired together, Bridged Lines are limited to locations that share the same telephone closet. It is achieved by electrically connecting the wires of the phone jacks where they converge in the telephone closet. Daily statistics of calls received, calls answered, and reverse cell phone directory calls abandoned before reaching an operator are available. Lines of an ACD group will distribute incoming calls among the members of the group, holding callers in queue if all operators are busy. If you want the same telephone number at more than one location, a Bridged Line or Multiple Appearance Directory Number can be requested.
