Finding Investment Property In Berlin

I have been doing quite well in my work life and it has gotten to the point where I am interested in an investment that will be a physical thing and not just a stock or bond type of money transaction. I have decided to acquire an apartment building or perhaps a business that can be rented out and earn some ongoing income as it appreciates in value along the way. I am looking for Berlin property that will fit the bill for this plan and there are quite a few possibilities in the pipeline. I have talked to a few friends and it is probably the best idea I have had in a long while.
